DOMA owns and will be responsible for all copyright notices covering the images, text and any other accompanying acknowledgements. Copyright infractions will be prosecuted in accordance with U.S. copyright laws and the laws of the State of Indiana.

Request for Permission to Reproduce Images in the Collection

Formal requests for permission to reproduce images in the collection require that you complete the following application form online OR complete and sign a printed copy and mail it to the museum.

DOMA may not be in a position to license the image you request. If that is the case, we will let you know as soon as possible, and if we are able, will indicate who the rights holders are.

Fee Structure:
Limited One Time Print Use - $100
3 Year Electronic Use - $100

If you have specific needs or additional requests please describe them in the Additional Notes space below. Images will be provided as 300 DPI TIFF files on a CD. Fees may change if another format is required. An invoice will accompany your disc when shipped.

Please note that all requests take three weeks to process.
