SGA Co-sponsorship Application
***APPLICATIONS FOR FUNDING FOR 2012-2013 ARE NO LONGER BEING ACCEPTED. AS OF 3/27/13, IF YOU SUBMIT AN APPLICATION IT MUST BE FOR THE 2013-2014 ACADEMIC YEAR.*** Below is the on-line application for co-sponsorship with the Student Government Association. If you are seeking co-sponsorship for an event that takes place in the fall 2013 or spring 2014, you may complete the online application before March 1, 2014 and submit it for consideration by the SGA Co-sponsorship Committee.
Before completing the on-line application, you are required to read the SGA Co-Sponsorship Guidelines. The Guidelines are found in pdf format on the SGA Website and on the Student Life Website (see Applications & Forms).

Once the application is submitted, then an itemized budget must be submitted to SGA Treasurer Kevin Mullaney (kcmullaney@bsu.edu), and it will be reviewed at the next available SGA Co-Sponsorship Committee meeting. SGA does not meet during the summer months, but will resume meeting again during the Fall semester. THE APPLICATION WILL NOT BE REVIEWED BY THE COMMITTEE UNTIL TREASURER KEVIN MULLANEY RECEIVES THE ITEMIZED BUDGET FROM THE ORGANIZATION.
