Student Life - Outstanding Leadership and Service Award

The Outstanding Leadership and Service Award will be given to students with senior standing who have demonstrated a dedication to leadership within Ball State University programs and organizations, and a commitment to serving the Ball State and Muncie communities.

All nominees will receive an invitation to the Student Organization Award Reception on Monday, April 15th at 5:30 p.m. at which time award recipients will be announced. To apply, complete the application below and click the SUBMIT button.
