NOTE: University policy states that graduate assistants will normally carry a reduced class load and will not accept other employment. If a limited amount of additional employment is deemed advisable, the approval of the Director of CICS is required. In the event such employment is at Ball State University, the approval of the Graduate Dean is also necessary.
