In March 2008, The Commission of Accreditation for Dietetic Education released new Requirements and Accreditation Standards for Dietetic Internships.  These changes will be implemented when the individuals making application in the September 2008 match begin the prerequisite graduate course work, in January of 2009 with the internship start following later in 2009.

The changes for the internship will be posted on this website as soon as they are approved by the Commission of Accreditation for Dietetic Education.  Please do not make phone calls or emails to the program director or any person in the Department of Family and Consumer Sciences concerning the changes prior to their posting on this website.

It is not anticipated the program changes will affect the documentation needed to make application to this program.
