Through a grant provided by the National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAEI), the entire Residential Property Management minor can be completed online. When paired with the online Bachelor of General Studies program, an entire undergraduate degree may be earned online.

The online RPM courses are available through the university's Independent Learning Program (www.bsu.edu/distance/independent). These courses are 10 weeks in length and can be started at any time.  Students in the Independent Learning Program are charged in-state tuition rates regardless of their residency status.

• FCSFN 310 Customer Service

Several students have already successfully completed Housing Decisions and Intro to RPM online. With today's hectic lifestyles and so few places to study Residential Property Management, these students have appreciated the opportunity to take online courses through Ball State University.
