Open to students who will be freshmen, sophomores, juniors or seniors at the beginning of the school year.   Preference will be given to HOSPITALITY AND FOOD MANAGEMENT and DIETETICS majors with a financial need as determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).   Amount varies year to year, generally multiple awards $200-700.
