
RPM senior Katie Barnum received the 2007-08 Marianne Glick Scholarship from Jim Lyons, the advisory board representative from the Gene B. Glick Company. She also received the RPM Senior Scholarship and was selected to attend the Indiana Apartment Association conference.

Marianne Glick Scholarship – A $2500 scholarship is awarded each year to a student who has declared the undergraduate RPM major. Merit and need are both considered in awarding this scholarship. The award is made possible by an endowment from the Eugene and Marilyn Glick Foundation, honoring their daughter Marianne. Eugene and Marilyn Glick are owners of the Gene B. Indiana REALTORS Education Foundation Scholarship – One $1000 scholarship is awarded each year to an outstanding undergraduate RPM major. Applicants must be residents of Indiana, with a minimum overall GPA of 2.75 and a 3.0 GPA in the major. Indiana REALTORS Education Foundation Scholarship Guidelines and Application Form. Funds will be applied to the student's 2009-10 college expenses.
RPM General Scholarships - Several tuition scholarships of $500 each are available each year to current undergraduate RPM majors. Scholarship funds are generated by annual contributions by members of the RPM Advisory Board. Applicants must be enrolled in or have already completed FCSPM 235 "Intro to RPM," have a minimum overall GPA of 2.75 and a 3.0 GPA in the major. 2008-09 Residential Property Management General Scholarship information and application. RPM Senior Scholarship - One $1000 scholarship is awarded each year to an outstanding undergraduate RPM major that will complete his/her degree in the following year. The student must have a minimum 2.75 overall GPA and a 3.0 GPA in the major. Scholarship funds are generated by contributions made by Capital members of the RPM Advisory Board and named for individual member companies. Senior Scholarship Guidelines and Application Form. RPM Graduate Student Scholarship – One or more tuition scholarships are available each year to RPM graduate students. Scholarship funds are generated by annual contributions by members of the RPM Advisory Board. Applicants must have a minimum overall GPA of 3.0 and a 3.5 GPA in the major. This year, one or more $1000 scholarships are available. RPM Graduate Student Scholarship Funds will be applied to the student's 2009-10 college expenses.
IAA Conference Award – The Indiana Apartment Association (IAA) sponsors three students to attend the full conference of the Midwest Multi-Family Education Conference and Exposition. The award is available to both undergraduate RPM majors and RPM graduate students. Additional information and application forms will be available in fall semester for the November 2009 conference to be held in Indianapolis IN.
NAA Conference Award – Up to four students are eligible each year to attend the National Apartment Association (NAA) Education Conference and Exposition. Both undergraduate RPM majors and RPM graduate students are eligible to apply. NAA provides complimentary registration for these students to attend the conference, and the RPM Advisory Board covers lodging expenses. RPM Travel Scholarship for 2009 National Apartment Association (NAA) Annual Educational Conference and Exposition. The June 2009 NAA conference will be held in Las Vegas NV.
Outstanding RPM Graduate – Each year, RPM faculty select an outstanding undergraduate RPM major who has graduated or will graduate in that academic year. The award is based on academic excellence, participation in RPM events, participation in other extra-curricular activities, and other evidence that the student will succeed in the property management profession. The Indiana Apartment Association sponsors this award by providing complimentary registration for the award winner to attend the Midwest Multi-Family Conference in Indianapolis the following fall.
