As one of the few universities in the nation to prepare students in Residential Property Management (RPM), Ball State offers three academic options:
Distance education students may pursue the undergraduate RPM minor through the School of Extended Education's Independent Learning Program. A variety of courses are available in a 10-week online format that can be started at any time. (www.bsu.edu/distance/independent)
Students select Residential Property Management at Ball State as a result of the excellent curriculum and generous support from the property management and apartment industry, creating a variety of outstanding opportunities for RPM students. RPM students often receive several job offers even before graduation. RPM alumni are very successful and advance quickly in their careers.
