Airport Shuttle Service

The airport shuttle service is available at the following times:

Start of academic year in August

Thansgiving break

Winter break

Spring break

End of spring semester

BSU to Indianapolis International Airport:

Please schedule a shuttle pickup time that
is at least three (3) hours before your flight
departure time to allow for travel and airport
security passage.

The university airport shuttle will pick up at two locations on campus: the main entrance to Park Hall and the south entrance (facing the R-2 parking lot) at the LaFollette Complex.

Departing passengers will be dropped off outside the main airport terminal, near the curbside check-in locations.

Indianapolis International Airport to BSU:

The university airport shuttle will pick up arriving passengers at the Indianapolis Airport Ground Transportation Center (located on the ground level in front of the airport). Upon arrival at Ball State, passengers will be dropped off to any main-campus location.
