| PCM 12: "Freedom of Expression" Call for Paper Abstracts
Conference: 1 February 2002
Due: 8 November 2001
Practical Criticism Midwest, a conference sponsored by the Department of English at Ball State University, is now accepting abstracts of proposed (individual or group) presentations for its 1 February 2002 edition. Abstracts should not exceed one single-spaced page (approx. 450 words) and should give a clear idea of your planned presentation. Proposals from all branches of English Studies (Literature, Linguistics, Rhetoric/Composition, English Education, and Creative Writing, for example) are welcome.
The conference committee encourages potential presenters to consider the conference's theme in whatever way they see fit. Submissions could deal with successful teaching strategies, ways of interpreting literature, ways of viewing our disciplines, or simply what projects the presenter has found particularly successful and supportive of freedom of expression.
Abstracts may be submitted on-line below.

PCM 12 Abstract Submission Form If proposing a group session (up to three), submit one form per group.
