In a shared computer context, whenever you are done using courseware like Blackboard, Gradebook, and rGrade, make sure to Quit the whole browser when you are done to completely log out of the system. There is a logout button in the upper right corner of rGrade 2.0 to remind you of this.
Faculty, before your students can use rGrade for tasks in your course (see related story on "Assessing portfolios without students having to use rGrade"), you need to import your BSU courses. Otherwise, your students will not see your course when they log in.
[Read more]If you log in to rGrade, you should see a My Courses link. When you click that, rGrade will show all your courses by semester, with the current semester open. If you do not see the course you need in that list, your instructor has not imported his or her courses into the rGrade setup. Politely remind the instructor of this. It will take a few seconds for the instructor to import the course. Once the instructor imports the course, you will be able to see it. You also should see any assignments created for the course and the actions you are to take (at best, just enter a URL for a digital artifact).
