Centralized Software Management
A great benefit exist when installing a network in schools. This benefit is being able to have a centralized software management system.
This benefit comes from the fact that all software can be loaded on one computer; the file server. This action makes loading software time efficent. The technology person does not need to go to each individual computer to update and load files.
