EPIC team attends Key's 20 year celebration

EPIC Team members Diane Bottomley, Peggy Rice and Matthew Stuve attended Key Learning Community's anniversary celebration, 20 Years of Innovation, at the end of May. The IPS institution was founded on a theme based, project focused, multiple intelligences mission.
Howard Gardner, David Henry Feldman and Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi each advised Key Learning Community from the school's inception, and have continued to watch the program evolve. The three brain researchers participated in a panel discussion about current issues in education. Students also participated in the celebration giving a performance. A historical video was shared, and the founding teachers' contributions were also recognized.
