"Dirt on Their Skirts: 150 Years of Pioneers in Women's Baseball"
is an electronic field trip put together through a partnership between
Insite at Ball
State University's Teachers College, the Best
Buy Children's Foundation, the National
Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum, and Project VIEW: Schenectady City
School District.
The electronic field trip is broadcast live and interactive via satellite,
cable and the internet March 18, 2003 from Wrigley
Field in Chicago, Illinois. To take advantage of the live interactive experience
be sure to read the information in the Webcast portion of this website. This website serves as a preliminary educational source for instructors
interested in preparing for the electronic field trip with lessons and
other materials provided here. To take advantage of the information within
