Each Electronic Field Trip requires
the time and effort of many people devoted to the
subject of each trip to make it a success. The EFT
"Discovering Our American Spirit" came to
fruition from the sweat and tears and stories and
research provided by the following groups. Visit their
individual websites for more information about each
organization.

The
Electronic Field Trips PROGRAM at
Ball State University has been developing distance
learning opportunities for K-12 students for more
than nine years taking students to experience
our national treasures and visit sites including
the Smithsonian Environmental Research Center,
National Air and Space Museum and National Museum
of National History; Space Center Houston &
NASA; the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum;
remote dinosaur digs; The Newseum; and Caribbean
mangrove ecosystems.
The learning experiences span the disciplines:
science, mathematics, history and social studies.
Electronic Field Trips keep students involved,
excited and interested in the subject matter that
you teach. Each field trip corresponds with national
teaching standards, making these activities the
perfect fit for your curriculum.
Electronic Field Trips provides personnel, direction
and production for the partnership and develops
the accompanying curricular websites such as
this one.
