Armstrong is an assistant professor of Adult and Community Education at Ball State University in Muncie Indiana. He has a Ph.D. in Adult Education from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, Tennessee (UTK), a M.S. degree in Technological and Adult Education also from UTK, and a B.S. degree in Psychology from Purdue University. His research interests include adult learning and collaborative learning.
