The educational technology minor is a 15-hour program that is designed for non-teacher education majors. It emphasizes the design, development, and deployment of technology solutions for teaching, learning, and training.

This program emphasizes digital media and Web development for non-teachers who might seek a career in their content area as a media developer and trainer. Courses include experience with instructional applications of technology, digital media development, instructional design, policy and ethics, visual literacy, educational computing, and distance learning.
