His research interests include studying the effects of examples on learning; the impact of computers on learning; cognitive test anxiety; and early literacy acquisition. In addition to basic research, he directs several program evaluations, partly through his fellowship with the Center for Collaboration for Educational Development. FALL 2008 Courses:
