Graduate Student Recognition Reception
It is time to recognize our outstanding graduate students once again at the Graduate Student Recognition Reception in April.  Just looking at the list below I know we have many students to be recognized.  Don't be shy it is time to brag so student enter the information yourself or talk with your supervisor.

From the graduate school email:

We would like to recognize those individuals whose accomplishments have clearly exceeded expectations for students in your program. Specifically, we will recognize individuals who have achieved one or more of the following since April 2007:
Authorship on a refereed publication
Presentation at a refereed regional or national convention
National or regional award for creative works including producing or creating an original work of art
Research grant
Creative arts grant
Fellowship
Professional certification
Original software development
Other professional or academic honor

As in the past, you will provide information about student achievements via a web-based form. To access this system, go to www.bsu.edu/webapps2/gradrecognition. For each student to be recognized, enter their BSU ID. You will then be able to enter their achievement. (NOTE: Students may enter their own achievements by accessing the same link). As you will see, each achievement for that student will be entered separately.

All student achievements MUST be entered by February 18, 2008 to be included in the program. We need this lead time to prepare an accurate program.
