Don called the meeting to order.

Secretary's Report:
It was moved and seconded that the minutes from the December meeting be approved as distributed.  The motion carried.

Treasurer's Report:
It was moved and seconded that the Treasurer's report be approved as distributed. The motion carried.

Publicity Report:
No report.

Unfinished Business:
Linda, Ann and Beverly will work at setting up the Tailgate Sale in May, June or July at the Delaware County Fairgrounds. 

Coordinator's Comments:
Ann reported that the tickets are sold out for the Pacer's Game (Sacramento vs. Pacers on 3/17/06).

New Business:
Don ordered a 55 passenger and a 47 passenger bus and needs about 4-5 more people to break even and has room for up to 16 people for the trip to Louisville. The play for this trip will be "Steel Magnolias."

Ann and Linda will arrange an Open House for EAC during our next meeting. Diane will take care of publicity and possibly offer some raffle items for the meeting in March.

Diane may arrange a trip to West Baden when the river boat opens for business down in that area.  Jane offered to assist with this trip.

Next Meeting:
The next meeting will be March 23 at 3:00 p.m. in Carmichael Hall, Room 108.
