Disability and the Law
Ball State University is committed to providing access and opportunity to individuals with disabilities. In compliance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act, it is Ball State's policy that no otherwise qualified individual with a disability shall be denied access to or participation in any program, service, or activity sponsored by the university.
