Disabled Student Development ( DSD) is pleased to announce that the following students received the Myrna Jean Bush scholarship for students with visual impairments enrolled at Ball State University.

Ms. Bush, who died in 2005, endowed Ball State with funds to support students with visual impairments.  Ms. Bush was a 1928 graduate of Ball State who taught elementary school in Muncie and LaPorte for many years.  She was a longtime advocate for the Indiana Association for the Blind.

Recipients of the award were selected based on a combination of their academic achievement, and campus or community involvement.
