BSA will host Black Issues Conference
"My issues, your issues, their issues, OUR ISSUES! Lets come together and find solutions to the issues facing the African American communities." The Black Student Association will host its annual Black Issues Conference themed: Mind, Body, and Soul on Saturday, November 15, 2008 beginning at 9:00 AM. Registration for Ball State students is just $5 and for non Ball State attendees, $23. Registration includes admission to the Asian American Student Association Fashion Show, National Pan-Hellenic Council Step Show, and lunch on Saturday. The registration deadline is November 7, 2008. The conference will feature guest keynote presenters: Dr. Randall Pinkett, Season Four winner of The Apprentice as well as Jeffrey "Cousin Jeff" Johnson, a community activist for BET.
