Members of the Task Force believe that faculty diversity is essential to enhancing the inellectual and social atmosphere at Ball State, that qualified candidates of diverse backgrounds are available in the sciences, social sciences, and humanities, and that some of these candidates can be recruited, hired, and retained by the College. They will facilitate workshops, forums, and other events that will enhance faculty diversity at BSU.
