Jeffrey Hornsby is a nationally recognized human resources and entrepreneurship expert. His research interests include corporate entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial motivation and ethics, compensation and small business management.

  • Master's degree in industrial/organizational psychology from Western Kentucky University.
  • Doctorate in industrial/organizational psychology from Auburn University.
