Beginning Fall Semester 2004, Ohio residents in Butler, Darke, Mercer, Preble, Shelby and Van Wert counties will pay in-state tuition at Ball State University. Students from these counties will pay the same tuition as an Indiana resident.
Classes are taught by supportive university faculty who understand the importance of convenience and flexibility to working adults. You can learn from top professors without making a single trip to campus.
