High SchoolsBall State University - College Transition Program (CTP) offers opportunities to students, instructors, and high school administration. The students receive an opportunity to experience college curriculum first hand in their high school, as well as receive college and high school credit for their work. The credit transfers to any university the same as if the student took the course on campus. Instructors have the opportunity to teach courses that may otherwise be unavailable, and they work in collaboration with Ball State department faculty in developing and implementing the course. High school administration can expect quality courses in their school and an elevated curriculum. CTP students go forth from high school more prepared for the college experience.
Most of the schools that participate in CTP have a number of students who go and attend Ball State University. Of course, these are not the only schools we service. Our credit transfers to many other schools and in and out of Indiana (see course transferability). We are constantly working with schools to offer the best programs in their schools. We would love to hear from you, as well as to meet you and discuss these opportunities.
