If you enjoy a hearty meal and have time to sit down and enjoy it, then Elliott Dining Service is for you!  Elliott Dining, an all-you-care-to-eat location, is your best value because there are unlimited second helpings and a variety of foods from which to choose.  Elliot Dining features its own daily menu including regular and vegetarian entreès, salads, vegetables, fruits, and low-fat and nonfat items.

Elliott Dining also offers an Asian cuisine concept called Yin Yang at lunch and dinner in addition to their homestyle menu.  Plan to join us for special meals when we celebrate holiday and theme meals and other events on campus.
