Each freshman is assigned a professional academic advisor from the Office of Academic Advising. Your professional advisor will continue to work with you after you achieve sophomore standing and are assigned a faculty advisor from your department of study, providing extra support. Your academic advisor will actively monitor your progress toward the degree and help you work out scheduling conflicts.

Students who are not in the Degree in 3 Program are assigned just a faculty advisor after they reach sophomore standing.
