The clinic is open Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday from 9 a.m. to noon. Hours of operation change during the summer months. Our clinic is closed during university vacations and holidays.

Regularly scheduled appointments will be arranged at the convenience of the assigned counselor and the client. At the end of each university term, counselor assignments may change. The counselor will make arrangements with the client to complete the counseling or to transfer the client to another counselor. Sessions will be approximately 50 minutes, depending on the needs of the client.
