SmallerBSU/COTE will next meet on Monday, 15 September 2008, 7:00-8:30pm in the BSU Alumni Center Boardroom. The council usually meets once per month during the academic year. Meetings are free and open to the public and are approximately 90 minutes in length. A typical agenda structure follows:

Presentation and discussion of recent achievements and activities.
Facilitate (Endorse, Recommend, Act)
Presentation, discussion and action related to on-going projects and initiatives.

Presentation of and planning for upcoming projects and activities.
Membership Reports
On a rotating basis, selected members report on interaction with their constituency.
