SHRM^® University Learning Systems is an on-line, non-credit training program designed to further your HR knowledge and assist you in preparing for the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification exams.

Program Options:
Combination In-Class Instruction
Using this option, the student will receive all online course components but also will be able to attend several sessions of instructor-led facilitation to cover the most challenging course material.  Cost $1,195 (Includes SHRM^®Learning System materials.)

Completely Online with Study Groups and Instructor Facilitation
Using this option, the participant will be assigned to a study group of three or four participants. The groups will work together online on end-of-module discussion questions and help one another remain motivated to finish the course. Instructor online office hours will be scheduled each week to provide assistance. Cost $995 (Includes SHRM^®Learning System materials.) 

Course will run from February 5 to April 18, 2009

Completely Online Self-Paced
Using this option, the participant can move at his or her own pace watching the videos, answering the discussion questions, and taking the SHRM and end-of-module tests. Instructor feedback will be provided at the end of each module. Cost $995(Includes SHRM ^®Learning System materials.)

          Participants may begin anytime and will have one year to complete the course.

Refund Policy:
Participants may withdraw prior to the start of the course with a full refund less a $25 processing fee.  There will be no refunds issued after the course begins.
