The Ball State Indianapolis Center welcomed Chester Elton, co-author of the award-winning Carrot series of business books which includes" The 24-Carrot Manager," "Managing with Carrots: Using Recognition to Attract and Retain the Best People" and the newly released A Carrot a Day, a Wall Street Journal and Business Week bestseller.
As a motivation expert, Chester is a consultant to numerous Fortune 100 clients and is often quoted in HR publications and national media from "CNN Business Unusual" to the San Francisco Chronicle and the New York Times. He is vice president of performance recognition programs with the O.C. Tanner Recognition Company.
The Center for Organizational Resources, Ball State's customized training and consulting unit, was delighted to work in partnership with the Miller College of Business to make the event a success.
