Duplicating/Copying
Photocopying services for conference groups are charged at actual cost from Ball State's Copy Center.

Telephone Services
Standard charge is $30 per week for a single-line telephone in a location already wired for telephone service (plug-in modular jack). Other special services are billed at cost. All telephone service is for local and campus calls only. Long-distance calls cannot be made except with a credit card.

Outside Vendor Services
Services provided by non-Ball State vendors are billed to the conference at the university's cost. Conference groups receive copies of purchase orders detailing actual charges.

NOTE: Ball State also charges a conference service fee to nonuniversity groups having an event on campus.
