Campus facilities may be rented for conferences, camps, and special events at the rates listed below. For facilities not on this list, please contact the Conferences and Special Events Office.
NOTE: Ball State also charges a conference service fee to nonuniversity groups having an event on campus.
| Irving Gymnasium | $1,000 per day, plus tax and service charges |
| Field Sports Building | $600 per day, plus tax and service charges |
| Student Center Ballroom | $500 per day plus tax ($250 per day plus tax for Ball State departments) |
| Emens Auditorium | $700 for one event per day, plus labor $350 for any additional events in the same day, plus labor |
| Pruis Hall | Approximately $250 per session, plus labor (charges may be affected by staging requirements and event hours) |
| Practice Fields for Band Camps | Field use: $150 per day, plus a one-time charge of $200 for field striping Scaffolding: approximately $80 for a week, plus an estimated $70 setup fee |
