The Conferences and Special Events Office can provide conference folders, pens, name tags, campus maps, and other materials for your participants at nominal charges. Current prices for conference supplies are:

Conference pocket folders	$0.60 each
Name tags with plastic holders	$0.30 each
Name tags with plastic holders, laser printed with guest names	$0.35 each
Pens	Prices vary Please ask in advance since these are not stock items

NOTE: Please submit lists for typed name tags at least two weeks in advance. Orders for supplies should be placed when your event is confirmed.

Permits and Cards
Guest parking permits are issued to conference participants at no cost. Summer groups use electronic meal cards as their admission ticket to on-campus food service. For Ball State-originated events, these cards also permit access to recreation facilities.
