An ideal site for high school band camps, Ball State University has established a distinguished track record in hosting camps throughout the years. In addition to housing and food service, the Conferences and Special Events Office can facilitate other typical band camp needs, including:

• Regulation-size practice fields (three available)
• Indoor practice space in the School of Music
• Field striping
• Scaffolding
• Ice water and/or soft drinks on the field
• Recreation, including swim parties, use of a gymnasium and other sports facilities, and Student Center recreation (bowling, billiards, video games)
• Movies
• Pizza parties
• Around-the-clock assistance (get immediate help with any question or problem)

Up to three band camps may be hosted simultaneously. Since late July and early August are the prime season for band camps in Indiana, please contact us as far in advance as possible for the best booking opportunities. Band camps can be scheduled anytime from early June through the first weekend of August.
