- Dial 285-1517, option 1
- Submit a web ticket at www.bsu.edu/helpdesk
- Click “Submit a Web Ticket”
- Enter your Ball State Username and Password
- Choose “Faculty” or “Staff” for User Type
- Choose “Network/Phone” for Request Type
- Choose “Communication Service Request” for Request Type Detail
- Fill out the remainder of the form and click “Submit Ticket”
