  1. Dial 285-1517, option 1

  2. Submit a web ticket at

    1. Click “Submit a Web Ticket”
    2. Enter your Ball State Username and Password
    3. Choose “Faculty” or “Staff” for User Type
    4. Choose “Network/Phone” for Request Type
    5. Choose “Communication Service Request” for Request Type Detail
    6. Fill out the remainder of the form and click “Submit Ticket”
