Jerry Peirson serves as the Director of Athletic Development and the Director of Cardinal Varsity Club at Ball State.

Before joining the university, Jerry worked in sales and management with Jostens, as a coach at Miami University in Ohio, and as a teacher and coach at Cowan High School near Muncie. He earned a MEd from Miami University in 1967 and a BS in education from Miami in 1966.
