Study of collective bargaining, the joint determination by employers and employees (through their representatives) of the problems of the employment relationship--encompassing both the negotiation and administration of the labor agreement with primary emphasis upon the rules governing these processes. Prerequisite: ECON 201, 202; or permission of the department chairperson.
