TMFG 375 - Project Planning and Control
Focuses on project planning and control. Students will participate in a simulated lean Six Sigma project. Students will take comprehensive lean six sigma black belt certification exams. Students who pass all the exams will receive lean Six Sigma black belt certificate of proficiency. Prerequisite: TMFG 365, 425.
