PHIL 415 - Professional and Practical Ethics.
A variable content course. Involves a critical examination of a broad topic in applied ethics-e.g. business ethics, bioethics, or feminist ethics-or a more specific theme, such as the ethical treatment of nonhuman animals or just war theory and pacificism. Prerequisite: junior or senior standing or permission of the instructor. A total of 6 hours of credit may be earned, but no more than 3 in any one semester or term.
