Emphasizes survey research, questionnaire construction, interviewing techniques, attitude measurement, copy testing, audience analysis, computer database searches, evaluation of externally supplied research, and data interpretation. Prerequisite: JOUR 103, 104, and 250 for advertising majors or JOUR 103, 104, and 261 for public relations majors. Open only to students pursuing a major in advertising or public relations.
