FCFN 696 - Seminar in Foods and Nutrition
Student presentations and discussions of trends and issues related to food and nutrition. Emphasizes in-depth knowledge of current research findings and policy issues. Basic knowledge of food and nutrition required. Prerequisite: permission of the department chairperson. A total of 9 hours of credit may be earned, but no more than 6 in any one semester or term.
