FCFN 369 - Food or Hospitality Internship
Provides the opportunity for the student to work in an established internship setting to gain professional experience in one's specific area of study. Prerequisite: FCFN 250 or 400, 310 and 476; documented experience of at least 500 hours of appropriate hospitality or food service experience and permission of the department chairperson. A total of 12 hours of credit may be earned, but no more than 6 in any one semester or term.
