ECON 524 - Introduction to Econometrics
Quantitative methods in economic research. Emphasizes construction of economic models and testing of their predictive power. Topics include correlation and regression techniques and the specific problems that arise in applying these to economic data. Prerequisite: ECON 201, 202, 221; MATHS 132 or its equivalent. Not open to students who have credit in ECON 424.
