CHEM 465 - Biochemistry Lab Techniques
Laboratory designed to introduce and emphasize important laboratory techniques in biochemistry. Includes enzyme kinetic analyses, electrophoresis, high performance liquid chromatography, and ultraviolet/visible spectral analysis. Three hours of laboratory weekly. Prerequisite: CHEM 232 or 235.
