BIO 560 - Microtechniques.
A lecture/lab course in the preparation of biological material for microscopic examination in teaching, research, and clinical applications. Emphasizes preparation of smears, squashes, whole mounts, paraffin, and frozen plant and animal sections, and photomicrography. Not open to students who have credit in BIO 460.
