ARCH 544 - Historic Preservation Econ

Developing skills in assessing the economics of preserving historic properties. Emphasizes exercises involving feasibility studies, pro formas, revolving funds, and identification of feasible users. Surveys also Main Street Program and heritage tourism and heritage areas as revitalization techniques. Prerequisite: graduate status in the College of Architecture and Planning; permission of the program director; ARCH 540. Not open to students who have credit in ARCH 441.
